Sensei Geoff passes the Mushin Kai black belt

On Saturday 29th May, Sensei Geoff travelling up to the world-famous Mushin Kai dojo in Liverpool to undertake a gruelling black belt grading under the assessment of Sensei Alfie Lewis (one of the world’s most successful tournament competitors and trainer of multi-world champions).

The grading consisted of approximately two hours of assessment of technical ability, before weapons and the infamous 3-on-1 sparring!

On Saturday 5th June, Sensei Alfie informed Sensei Geoff that he had been successful and passed his grading!
