As some of you know, Sensei Geoff has been learning the Mushin Kai syllabus - part of which includes a two-person form with a bo staff.

We are running an introduction session to go over the basics of this form.

This is free of charge to club members, ideally for higher grades.

We have bo staff available to borrow, or a small number for purchase if you want to have your own to practice with afterwards.
