Bletchley Dragons train with Tennessee Randall

Some of the club were incredibly fortunate to train with the current, two-times, WAKO World Full Contact Champion Tennessee Randall!

After the course, Tennessee sent this feedback on the session:

”I just wanted to say a massive well done to all the students that attended the seminar on the weekend. They made my job very easy due to their enthusiasm and they truly were a joy to teach. We covered many skills throughout the session, including footwork, defensive head movement and padwork combinations. The students were extremely keen to learn and gave 100% effort in every single punch, kick and roll!
