Everyone needs to wear full gi (if you are wearing a t-shirt under your gi jacket, it must be ECKA or plain white) and remember no jewellery!

• All white belts and above need full sparring equipment (including groin guards for males and chest guards for females over 13)

• Arrival times as follows:
  Beginners taking red belt - 9:30am (we will warm this group up)
  Current red belts talking white belt - 10:30am
  Current white belts taking yellow belt - 11:30am

  Current yellow belts taking orange belt - 12:30pm
  Current  orange belts taking green belt, current green belts taking purple belt, purple belts taking blue belt and current blue belts taking brown belt - 2:00pm
