Everyone needs to wear full gi (if you are wearing a t-shirt under your gi jacket, it must be ECKA or plain white) and remember no jewellery!
All white belts and above need full sparring equipment (including groin guards for males and chest guards for females over 13)
Arrival times as follows:
Beginners taking red belt - 9:30am (we will warm this group up)
Current red belts talking white belt - 11:00am
Current white belts taking yellow belt - 12:00 noonCurrent yellow belts taking orange belt and current orange belts taking green belt - 1:30pm
Current green belts taking purple belt, purple belts taking blue belt and current blue belts taking brown belt - 3:00pm
